Welcome to Woodlands Masters Swim Team!
If you have finished your two week trial, or are transferring from another team, here’s what you need to do to join:
CISD / Northampton Program:
First: Register with United States Masters Swim Team:
CISD and Northampton pool participants must be registered with United States Masters Swimming (USMS). The cost is $50 for the calendar year (2010).
To register:

Online registrations are instant and will provide you with your USMS registration number once you have completed the process
Or, send the completed USMS form ( click here for the USMS form) along with the appropriate amount to the address listed on the form. You may have to wait for the USMS registration number to arrive in the mail.
If you are already a USMS member with a different club and would like to transfer to WMST,
fill out and turn in the following form: ( Click here for the USMS Transfer Form)

Contact WMST Team Administrator using the email link (click here for Contact Me email link) or send through your email to: wmst@wmst.net so you can be added you to the system. Please fill in the following details (you may want to copy the four questions and paste them into the "Your Comments" email box or into the body of your email):
Your USMS number:
The type of membership (punch or monthly/quarterly/biannual/annual member):
Method of payment (check or credit card):
Which pool to deliver the card (CISD or Northampton):
We offer both membership pass cards and punch cards. Please visit the WMST Fees tab for details ( click here).
The WMST Team Administrator will then email you a password.
Next:
Log in to wmst.net website with your username (email address) and password. Reset your password and then go to My Account/Setup AutoPay or click on the AutoPay button at the top of the browser and follow the instructions. To view invoices, go to My Account/My Invoice/Payment
Next:
Collect your membership or punch card from the pool before your next practice. The cards will be available in either the black card box labelled "WMST Cards for Pick Up" at the front desk of the CISD Natatorium or in the coach’s bin at the Northampton pool.
More information on Cards:
Remember to bring your card and give it to the coach on deck before every practice. They will use the cards to take attendance and will punch any punch cards. Just like during the two week trial, pick up your card at the end of each practice.
Punch card users, when you are close to using up all the punches on your card and need a new punch card, follow the instructions on the Punch Card Request tab ( click here). Please allow at least 2 business days for your new punch card to be delivered to the pool. If you want to swim before you receive your new punch card, you may be able to pay the drop-in fee ($8.00) at the discretion of the coach on deck. Please only use this option as a last resort.
Blue member pass cards will be automatically renewed before they expire. Check the card box on the first day after the expiration date for your new card.
Shadowbend YMCA Program:
The Shadowbend YMCA has a fee structure and practice times that are separate from the CISD and Northampton pools. The Masters members are encouraged but not required to join the United States Masters Swimming organization (USMS). The cost is $50 for the calendar year (2010). Members of the YMCA Masters who would like to become a member of WMST will need to join USMS and attach themselves to WMST. To join online, click here.
